Welcome to Christ the King!

We are a diverse community of faith: young and old, gay and straight, weekenders and year-rounders, from many different backgrounds.  Our mission is to welcome all people in the name of Christ, no matter where they are their spiritual journey.  Christ the King is a place where you can learn and grow, ask questions, share faith and doubts, and be nurtured and strengthened by word and sacrament.  We try to support one another in good times and bad, and to reach out to the community and the world to help those in need, and work toward justice and peace.  Our parish goals are:  deepening our outreach, strengthening our programs for children and youth, and spiritual growth. 

Though we take our faith seriously, we try not to take ourselves too seriously, and we have a lot of fun along the way.  Please come and join us, and consider making your home at Christ the King.

Harps for Whole Communities Benefit Concert on

Professional musicians playing large harps, small harps, gut harps, wire harps, pedal harps & lever harps will join together to present an informal Harp-Circle Concert of varied repertoire including Celtic airs and dance tunes, medieval modes, New Age mists and classical counterpoint –

there will definitely be something for everyone! 

Solo virtuosity, small group harmonies and the singular beauty of massed harps will explore the unique musical world of the harp, seasoned with whistles, pipes and more. 

A suggested donation of $20 will benefit the Church of Christ the King and

CTK Vacation Bible School at Camp Epworth
