Welcome to Christ the King!
We are a diverse community of faith: young and old, gay and straight, weekenders and year-rounders, from many different backgrounds. Our mission is to welcome all people in the name of Christ, no matter where they are their spiritual journey. Christ the King is a place where you can learn and grow, ask questions, share faith and doubts, and be nurtured and strengthened by word and sacrament. We try to support one another in good times and bad, and to reach out to the community and the world to help those in need, and work toward justice and peace. Our parish goals are: deepening our outreach, strengthening our programs for children and youth, and spiritual growth.
Though we take our faith seriously, we try not to take ourselves too seriously, and we have a lot of fun along the way. Please come and join us, and consider making your home at Christ the King. |
