SUNDAY   8am, 10am and 5pm (1st & 3rd Sundays), July & August 9am and 5pm

11866263_10207798936675923_1527058663231729507_nOn Sundays we gather to celebrate the Holy Eucharist at three different times. The 8:00 am is a mix of people who like to get the day started early and who appreciate this quiet liturgy without music. Most stay to have coffee and a snack in the kitchen before heading out into the new day.

PLEASE NOTE: We have one combined service at 9am on special Sundays: Feast of the Lord’s Baptism (January), Mother’s Day (May), and Christ the King Sunday (November)

DSC01633At 10:00 am the choir and congregation sing out with anthems and hymns and parts of the service are sung as well. We value the richness of our Anglican tradition as we seek to open our hearts and minds to God present in us, in the Eucharist and in our world. There is Sunday School for the children (see more on that under the section entitled: Grow) but all return to receive communion before being sent out into our daily lives in service and love. Well, first we gather in the parish hall to enjoy coffee, conversation and nibbles. We take turns providing the snacks.

Our 5:00 pm (on the first and third Sunday) Eucharist is the place to take a deep breath and DSC00586relax into the quiet of contemplative music, silence, prayer and communion. It’s a simple format that allows for long pauses where we listen and pray. The service is usually followed by a community dinner. It’s a lovely way to get ready for the new week.
